Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system and cash register.
• Recruit, train and reward outstanding team members.

• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
