Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leads by example; maintains a positive attitude.
• Focuses on achieving results while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of a company-operated restaurant.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Ensures food quality, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintains cash handling, inventory control, and records.
• Coaches team members and enforces company policies.
• Coordinates with Restaurant District Manager and implements campaigns.
