Job summary

Dunkin' Franchise restaurant is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead a team, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction at our Herndon, VA location. You will oversee daily operations, training, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring profitability and compliance with all policies and laws.

The role requires strong leadership, basic financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management knowledge.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to staff.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment and comply with laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Plan weekly labor schedules to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Manage inventory and vendor orders.
• Coach team members to drive sales and profitability.
