Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience (preferably in fast food, restaurants, retail).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work at least 25 hours each week.
• Willingness to be a leader and take on additional responsibilities.
• Reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a shift of 2-7 people.
• Work productively and supervise restaurant employees.
• Work to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during your shift.
• Manage cash handling and shortages.
• Inventory counts.
• Temperature controls.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Train crew members.
• Assist GM with various management responsibilities.
• Count and place food and soda orders.
• Perform all job responsibilities of crew members as well.
