• Required QSR experience with a strong focus on speed of service and drive-thru performance.
• 1-3 years of restaurant management experience with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach and a commitment to developing Team Members and Shift Leaders into future General Managers.
• Passion for hospitality, community networking, and building lasting relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own speed of service and coach a fast, friendly drive-thru team.
