Job summary

J. Alexander’s in Franklin, TN seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high food quality.

You’ll optimize efficiency, supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction while partnering with management to plan and delegate daily tasks. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in hospitality, a focus on guest experience, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hospitality or restaurant management experience a plus.

Job Description

The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency. The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems. The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
