Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Restaurant Manager for a high-volume, upscale casual Scottsdale establishment. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations and have some kitchen oversight, reporting to the General Manager.

Lead the FOH team to deliver polished service, coordinate with culinary and retail teams on promotions, monitor costs and guest flow, and ensure guest satisfaction during peak times. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in upscale casual or high-volume environments
• Experience managing a kitchen in some capacity
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH team to deliver consistent, polished service
• Support kitchen operations in scheduling and food ordering
• Manage shift execution, floor operations, and guest flow
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to uphold service standards
• Partner with GM, culinary, and retail teams on promotions and operations
• Monitor costs, staffing, and service quality to optimize performance
