Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guest service, and marketing efforts. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with the media team to promote the venue.

You should excel in guest relations, staff coaching, and maintaining high quality food and service. Flexible shifts including weekends are required; you will help reinforce our culture: You Belong, We Care, Shine Bright.

• Keen eye for detail and impeccable guest service.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, communicate openly, and administer disciplinary actions when appropriate.
• Drive and deliver company culture of caring for team members and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction; ensure food quality is consistent and prepared to guest specifications.
• Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supplies to stock linen, glassware, silverware, and condiments.
