Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking energetic Restaurant Servers for on-site dining. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver items with professional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

We value friendly communication, strong menu knowledge, and a polished appearance. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and may involve both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food handler and alcohol service certifications preferred.
• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; heavy lifting up to 30–50 lbs.
• Maintains a polished appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu offerings, including wine and cocktails, to confidently answer questions.
• Participate in pre‑shift meetings, assist with clearing and resetting tables, and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen team.
• Help maintain a clean, organized dining area and complete opening/closing side work.
