Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Montana location. You will supervise the restaurant, lead a team, and ensure guests receive great food and a friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and quality food for guests.
• Schedule and deploy the team while maintaining standards and guest experience.
• Adhere to health, safety, and all local laws and guidelines.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention measures.
