Qualifications

• Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enhancement – Drive in-store sales with strategic selling techniques, motivating the team to hit and exceed targets.
• Brand Ambassadorship – Establish and nurture strong relationships with guests, and encourage the crew to do the same.
• Team Leadership – Foster a trusting, fun, and positive environment that inspires and motivates the team to achieve excellent results.
• Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operational tasks such as store cleanliness, cash management, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food safety.
