A well-established and highly respected restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for one of its DC locations. THE ROLE

You’ll oversee the day-to-day FOH operation, including:

• Hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing team members
• Leading service and establishing shift-specific goals
• Maintaining high standards for guest service and hospitality
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Conducting menu training and departmental meetings
• Supporting safety, health, and operational standards
• Assisting with inventory and administrative responsibilities
