Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Sissy’s Floor Seat Lounge at FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN. You will ensure guests receive excellent service and our team upholds Levy’s hospitality standards.

You will lead brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge, manage staffing and safety, and drive financial results with the General Manager. A passion for hospitality and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive guest relationships and gathers feedback.
• Trains staff on menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Leads staffing, engagement, and ensures appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol guidelines.
• Contributes to financial goals with guidance from the GM.
• Executes daily reporting and inventory controls.
• Ensures Levy guidelines and training are followed.
• Delivers guest service with steps of service.
