Levy is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Sissy's Floor Seat Lounge at Fedex Forum to ensure exceptional guest service and uphold Levy's hospitality standards. You will lead a diverse team, manage staffing, and maintain brand clarity across menus and beverage knowledge, while driving daily operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in food and beverage operations, excellent people skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service in a high-profile venue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relationships through regular feedback and show quality standards.
• Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Hire, develop, and engage team members while maintaining staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and client requirements including safety and sanitation.
• Contribute to financial goals of the operation with leadership from GM.
• Oversee daily reporting, inventory controls, and adherence to Levy guidelines.
