Responsibilities

• Communicate all kitchen issues with management throughout the day
• Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log (in English)
• Attend weekly manager and staff meetings
• Read weekly memos
• Complete employee evaluations monthly and weekly
• Communicate with all managers on duty at shift end
• Provide honest reports of all events, positive and negative
• Follow all policies, rules, and directions from manuals, memos, and meetings
• Attend quarterly supervisor meetings
• Maintain current food management certification
• Demonstrate ownership mentality and flexibility in scheduling
• Willing to transfer geographically if needed
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Schedule vacations between April and November; must be taken or forfeited
• Order supplies and formulate pars
• Use basic math and computer skills
• Ensure health code standards are met
• Conduct timely interviews and write performance evaluations
• Maintain physical ability to stand, move, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform related tasks
• Adhere to dress and grooming policies
