Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership with ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward performance and financial goals.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service; professionalism and commitment to high-quality service.
• Certified, or willing to obtain, valid state Alcohol Service Certification.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
