Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill is seeking a hands‑on Restaurant Manager for Austin-area locations. You will own daily operations, lead shift teams, ensure food safety, and drive guest experiences across dine‑in, online orders, and catering.

You will recruit and coach staff, optimize labor and inventory, and grow online sales and local catering pipelines. This role requires a Texas Food Manager Certificate, a valid Texas driver’s license, and a track record in fast‑casual settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Food Manager Certificate.
• Clean, valid Texas driver’s license for transport or delivery oversight.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast‑casual or high‑volume environment.
• Experience with new-store openings or building teams from scratch preferred.
• Experience managing online ordering tablets and digital promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house execution across all shifts, maintaining food safety and guest service.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and mentor crew members.

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for either of these locations:

• Central Austin / West Campus — 415 W 24th St, Austin
• Leander — 145 S. Brook Dr., Suite 120, Leander

THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands‑on, operational Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, drive store profitability, lead shift teams, and deliver excellent guest experiences. The role integrates walk-in service, online and third‑party delivery sales, and catering execution into day‑to‑day restaurant leadership.

LOCATION‑SPECIFIC FOCUS

Central Austin (West Campus)

• Lead a high-volume, digital-first university-market location and manage heavy order rushes.
• Build a dependable team that can execute consistently at peak volume.
• Grow online sales and oversee an established catering pipeline.
• Serve as the primary contact for corporate accounts, student organizations, and UT departments placing large group orders.

Leander

• Lead operations at a brand-new location and build a service-oriented team from the ground up.
• Establish Limegreen's presence in a rapidly growing suburban market.
• Optimize online sales channels for the local demographic and build a local catering pipeline.
• Develop relationships with corporate accounts, schools, youth sports leagues, and residential organizations to drive awareness and group orders.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house execution across all shifts, maintaining excellent food safety, kitchen protocols, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and mentor crew members.
• Drive and optimize off‑premise revenue through our website, mobile app and loyalty program, and DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
• Coordinate preparation, fulfillment, packaging, and quality control for catering and bulk orders alongside walk‑in and delivery tickets.
• Own labor cost optimization, food waste reduction, inventory control, delivery‑channel commission tracking, and store P&L targets.
• Support neighborhood marketing, local account relationships, and community outreach appropriate to the selected location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Texas Food Manager Certificate and a clean, valid Texas driver's license for transport or delivery oversight.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast‑casual or high‑volume food‑service environment.
• Experience with new‑store openings, neighborhood marketing, or building teams from scratch is highly preferred.
• Experience managing online ordering tablets, digital order accuracy, in‑app promotions, or digital menu updates.
• Practical knowledge of bulk food production, scaled prep sheets, and multi‑item catering pack‑outs.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and related catering and digital dashboards.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly during peak rushes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability for early catering roll‑outs, late nights, and busy campus, community, or private‑event weekends.
• Expected schedule: 45-50 hours per week.
