Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a General Manager to lead dining and catering operations at the Austin Campus and two additional sites. You will drive financial performance, staff engagement, and service excellence in collaboration with Dining Directors to meet client objectives.
Lead cross-location operations with a focus on cost control, menu planning, and compliance with HACCP and regulations, while partnering with chefs and staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The General Manager will provide overall leadership for dining and catering operations at a primary location within the Austin Campus while serving as a strategic operational partner to two additional campus locations. In collaboration with the Directors of Dining Services at each site, this role will support the execution of company initiatives, operational best practices, and client objectives to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience across the campus.
The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of service and accountability, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. This position requires a collaborative leader who can effectively influence cross-functional teams, support multiple stakeholders, and promote consistency in service delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and client satisfaction throughout all assigned locations.
