The Well in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager to support daily floor operations, guide front-of-house staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as a bridge between frontline staff and department managers to ensure service standards and wellness-focused hospitality.
The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, with solid knowledge of FOH mechanics, POS systems, and labor controls. Local candidates encouraged.

The Manager supports the team in overseeing daily floor operations, guiding front-of-house staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Model company values, service standards, and operational policies on the floor daily.
Provide clear direction, real-time coaching, and constructive feedback to FOH team members.
Lead engaging daily preshifts to align the team on service goals, menu updates, and daily targets.
Assist management with onboarding, training, and shadowing new team members.
Help foster team morale and resolve minor floor issues with care and composure.
Oversee floor flow, seating efficiency, and guest satisfaction during assigned AM/PM shifts.
Partner with BOH staff to ensure seamless communication, prompt ticket times, and order accuracy.
Uphold strict standards for cleanliness, food safety, health codes, and venue maintenance.
Assist managers with daily inventory counts, labor monitoring, and waste control.
Support shift scheduling, table management, and guest recovery as needed.
Experience: 1–2+ years of supervisory or lead shift experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of FOH service mechanics, POS systems, and basic labor/inventory controls.
Brand Alignment: A genuine passion for wellness, healthy living, sustainability, and quality food & beverage.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and polished with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and a mix of morning and evening shifts.
