Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the member dining services, specifically at Black Gates Bar and Lounge (Indoor Golf Facility), ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service. The Restaurant (Member Dining) Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining Outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.

Duties include managing and hiring staff, coordinating food and beverage services, and maintaining communication with team members and guests to ensure a high-quality dining experience. The role also involves monitoring inventory, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in Hotel or Restaurant Management
