Job summary

DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, DE is seeking a full-time Member Dining Manager to oversee all Member Dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service and efficient resource use. The role requires overseeing dining operations, coaching staff, and maintaining guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

The successful candidate will lead the Member Dining team, coordinate scheduling, and collaborate with events and service teams to deliver superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in hotel or restaurant management.
• Beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation.
• Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including Microsoft Office, Email, POS, Social Media.

The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Member Dining Manager to join our team in support of our Member Dining department. The Member Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Minimum two years’ experience in hotel or restaurant management
• Beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation
• Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Email, Point of Sale, Social Media, etc.
• Experience with hiring and training
• Experience with schedule creation and management
• Proven leadership skills
