Job summary

DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a full-time Member Dining Manager to lead all Member Dining outlets, ensuring the highest level of guest service and efficient use of resources.

The successful candidate will bring strong hotel/restaurant management experience, beverage operations know-how, and proven leadership to train staff, schedule shifts, and oversee multiple high-volume outlets while maintaining impeccable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in hotel or restaurant management.
• Beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation.
• Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including Microsoft Office, Email, POS and Social Media.
• Experience with hiring and training.
• Experience with schedule creation and management.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume outlets.
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills.

The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Member Dining Manager to join our team in support of our Member Dining department. The Member Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.
