The Cheesecake Factory in Wichita is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily operations in a high-volume setting. You will lead a team of 30+ staff, coach and develop talent, and focus on guest satisfaction while maintaining quality and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
