Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated in Denver is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will coach a team of 30+ employees, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards while achieving sales and profitability targets.

You will work with kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, safety, and service excellence, manage labor costs, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
