Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Virginia is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will coach a 30+ employee team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure top culinary standards while achieving sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
