The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated in Maryland is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations, coach a 30+ person team, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

You will oversee financial performance, ensure safety standards, and foster an inclusive culture with strong communication and guest-centric service, while advancing culinary quality and brand excellence.

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Job Description

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
