Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will lead and develop teams of 30+ staff, ensuring exceptional hospitality, dining quality, and guest satisfaction across a large menu and busy service.

You will also drive financial performance, monitor labor and costs, and maintain rigorous food safety standards while upholding brand excellence and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
