We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and handle hiring recommendations for hourly staff.
  • Direct work schedules, assign tasks, and set hours for staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide, direct, and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
  • Conduct formal line Taste & Temps assessments.
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
  • Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
