Goodwin Recruiting is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager on behalf of a respected New Jersey restaurant group. You will lead warm, welcoming cafés that serve fresh breads, soups, salads, and espresso beverages, with a stable, expanding franchise and opportunities for advancement.

In this role you’ll train and develop team members, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and foster a positive, inclusive guest environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for training and developing team members.
• Commitment to hospitality and operational excellence.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with a hospitality group.

Responsibilities
