Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in New York is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant and entertainment venue, drive guest satisfaction, and set high standards of service and profitability.

You will manage hourly teams, recruit, coach, and develop staff, oversee cost of goods and labor, and partner with the leadership team to execute strategic initiatives and sustain a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor costs.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Demonstrates true leadership capabilities.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
