Dave & Busters is seeking an Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategies and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will lead hourly team members, drive guest experiences, and collaborate with management to achieve high-quality, timely results while upholding our core values. This role requires 50-hour weeks and weekend/night/holiday coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

The Restaurant & Operations Manager

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene. You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN! You like immediate gratification! Nothing better than making someone's experience better or inspiring your team to play at a higher level. You have never met a goal you can't beat. You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeks. The ability to oversee all aspects of the business - from the most minor details to the big picture.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
