Dave & Buster's Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

You will develop hourly team members, lead proactive staff interactions, recruit, hire, coach, and train, and model our core values while managing weekends, nights and holidays in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
