You will oversee strategy, guest experience, and daily operations, driving results through strong leadership and team collaboration. The role requires 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality, a focus on cost and labor management, and willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays to keep guests happy.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
