Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full‑time onsite role in California. Compensation ranges from $63,000 to $81,000 per year, depending on experience, with bi-weekly pay and a broad benefits package.

The ideal candidate will lead a large, friendly team, ensure high standards, and contribute to a happy guest experience. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a willingness to master every restaurant position to coach others.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Strong coach – gives effective feedback, grows the team every day.
• Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results.
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before teaching someone else.
• CaRes about people – builds relationships with guests and team members.
• Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group.
• Experience with managing a large team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory.

Responsibilities
