Job summary

Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our new Willis Tower store opening in 2025. This onsite, full-time role requires leadership of a large team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coach staff, manage scheduling, ordering and inventory, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding standards of service and hospitality. Competitive pay and growth opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to develop the team.

Competitive Pay:

• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
• Cares about people – builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience with managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
