Job summary

Dunkin' in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' team and drive store performance. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling while upholding food safety standards. A hands-on leader with a passion for service is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English
• Math and financial management
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma, or equivalent
