Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in casual restaurant industry required.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
