Dunkin' Plymouth is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure guest satisfaction across every shift. You’ll balance people, operations, and culture, while upholding food safety, standards, and brand expectations.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop team members, optimize scheduling and inventory, and drive store performance with energy, positivity, and a hands-on leadership style that motivates staff and delights guests.
