Job summary

Chuy's in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests feel the love from entry to last sip. You’ll lead with energy, keeping the bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly while upholding high standards of service and safety.

You’ll bring 2–3 years of management in a high-volume restaurant, possess required food handlers and alcohol server certifications, and drive a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food handlers and alcohol beverage certifications required.

• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
