JF Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations at Hamlin House in Orlando, delivering flawless guest experiences and shaping service culture. You will lead a best-in-class front-of-house team across restaurant, bar, and events, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

3+ years of experience managing a high-end or fine-casual restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills - ability to motivate and mentor.
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest moments.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment (restaurant, lounge, events).
POS and reservation system experience (OpenTable, Toast, SevenRooms, or similar).

We're seeking a dynamic Restaurant Hospitality Manager to help lead our high-end dining experience.

About the Role

As Restaurant Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure flawless guest experiences, and build a best-in-class front-of-house team. You'll be instrumental in shaping the culture, service standards, and operational excellence of a concept that blends the energy of sport with the polish of fine dining.
