JF Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations at Hamlin House in Orlando, delivering flawless guest experiences and shaping service culture. You will lead a best-in-class front-of-house team across restaurant, bar, and events, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a high-end or fine-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills - ability to motivate and mentor.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest moments.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment (restaurant, lounge, events).
• POS and reservation system experience (OpenTable, Toast, SevenRooms, or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and inspire a service-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute seamless service for restaurant, bar, and events.
• Manage scheduling, floor operations, and guest relations with attention to detail and grace under pressure.
