Morton's The Steakhouse Orlando is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated team in a landmark fine dining setting on Restaurant Row. You will drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational excellence in a sophisticated environment offering award-winning steaks and an extensive wine selection.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach staff, monitor costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain flawless daily cash and payroll records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivate staff to control costs and manage labor.
• Inspect the establishment to ensure health, safety, and liquor compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash, and payroll records.
