Now hiring Front of House Managers at The Pour House in North Wales, PA! Our Front of House Restaurant Managers support daily operations, assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and training to meet restaurant goals. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, labor, food costs, hiring, guest service, food quality, and sanitation.

About The Pour House

Founded as a pioneer in the craft beer movement, The Pour House offers an extensive selection of beer, spirits, and craft cocktails. With locations in Westmont, NJ, and Exton & North Wales, PA, it is a popular gathering place with a diverse menu and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure guests receive friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Support servers and hosts, and check guest satisfaction to maintain service standards.
  • Achieve sales, service, quality, and cleanliness goals through staff training and positive environment.
  • Manage cash and receipts following company procedures.
  • Assist in employment decisions with the General Manager.
  • Fill in as needed to maintain service standards.
  • Develop staff skills in service, food presentation, safety, and sanitation.
  • Complete reports, schedules, and paperwork promptly.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Support marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Administer corrective actions fairly and consistently.
  • Schedule staff to meet business needs and control labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
  • Ability to lead and make decisions based on management guidelines.
  • Experience analyzing P&L statements and managing budgets.
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Proactive, quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including scheduling, time tracking, and POS systems.
