Wendy's Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff at a fast-paced dining venue. You will help implement company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to standards.

Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Participates in the achievement of restaurant objectives. Ensures ethical business practices. Each person who holds this position is expected to “Delight Every Customer.”
