Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring consistent service and brand standards. The role requires a Hospitality Management degree and at least 5 years in a similar leadership capacity.

You will collaborate with the AV team to meet client needs, balance staffing to optimize guest engagement and costs, and drive exceptional guest experiences across peak periods while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

The Role

We are seeking an experiences Restaurant Manager to join our team. Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position preferred. Minimum of 5 years of previous experience desired.

• In this role, you will lead restaurant and banquet operations, participate in periodic department inventories, monitor operations to ensure consistent sequence of service is followed and all brand standards are properly executed.
• Work closely with the audio/visual team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
• Balance staffing levels and labor to achieve ideal employee/guest engagement and cost ratio.
• Ensure an extraordinary experience and create loyalty to the property and Hard Rock brand by exceeding expectations through exceptional service and product quality.
• Resolve guest complaints and implement changes to prevent future issues.
• Monitor quality assurance program scores and guest feedback.
• Take corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain presence in property during peak business periods.
• Ensure all property policies and procedures are fully implemented in department, including health and safety guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salary exempt role . Compensation ranges from $83,000 - $85,500.00 We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings, and employee perks.
