Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring consistent service and brand standards. The role requires a Hospitality Management degree and at least 5 years in a similar leadership capacity.

You will collaborate with the AV team to meet client needs, balance staffing to optimize guest engagement and costs, and drive exceptional guest experiences across peak periods while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant/banquet leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to balance staffing levels with labor cost while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and banquet operations, participate in inventories, monitor service sequence and brand standards.
• Collaborate with audio/visual team to meet client needs and expectations.
• Balance staffing levels and labor to achieve ideal employee/guest engagement and cost ratio.
• Deliver extraordinary guest experiences and loyalty to Hard Rock by exceptional service and product quality.
• Resolve guest complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor quality assurance scores and guest feedback; take necessary actions.
• Maintain presence during peak periods and enforce health and safety policies.
