Ludico is a new restaurant concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group opening in New York. We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations, drive service excellence, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting.

The role requires hospitality passion, leadership by example, and a commitment to guest experiences. You will work with senior leadership to maintain elevated hospitality standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in an upscale, high-volume or fine dining restaurant.
  • Proven success leading front-of-house teams in a hospitality-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest relations.
  • Experience with SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable, and Toast POS preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while making sound operational decisions.
  • Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong leadership presence.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
