This position is perfect for you if you have a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others.

The Front of House Manager leads the hourly service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience and hosting the best party. This position supports in optimizing daily finances and upholding brand standards. The Front of House Manager executes assigned responsibilities with precision, fostering teamwork and excellence.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years progressive relevant experience
  • Intuitive understanding of full service, casual upscale restaurant service.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
  • Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure
  • Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations
  • State required food safety certifications
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.
  • Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive).
  • Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
