About Pastis

Pastis Nashville, the Music City's new location of the famed Pastis restaurant from New York, will bring Parisian fare to the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. The restaurant is a creation of James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally. Pastis Nashville will feature classic Parisian elements such as a curved zinc bar, vintage mirrors with daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all illuminated by Pastis' signature golden lighting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Nashville, TN. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle hiring, coordinate food and beverage services, and maintain communication with both customers and the team.
