We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the front-of-the-house operations at Lulu’s Kitchen, a vital part of St. Matthew’s House. Lulu’s Kitchen serves as the headquarters for our feeding ministry and operates in a dynamic environment that includes drive-thru, in-house dining, catering, and volunteer services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations, including drive-thru, dine-in, catering, and volunteer activities.
  • Ensuring safe food handling and maintaining ServSafe Food Manager certification.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a focus on hospitality.
  • Leading and training staff, managing inventory, and overseeing financial procedures.
  • Collaborating with culinary staff and leadership to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year advanced degree or equivalent experience; 4-year degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience in hospitality or related fields.
  • Food service experience including menu planning and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Word, Excel, and catering software.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required.

Physical and other requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Leadership qualities: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.

St. Matthew’s House is a faith-based organization committed to transforming lives through compassionate service and disciplined action. This is a part-time position at the mid-senior level, based in Naples, FL, with a salary range of $63,000 to $80,000 annually.
